Our emergency 24-hour maintenance line allows the tenant to speak with a live representative. If necessary, we will dispatch the proper vendor right away to handle an emergency situation in order to prevent damage to the property.
Property evaluations are completed at move-in with the tenant present, two weeks before the tenant vacates to determine what repairs are needed, and again when the tenant has moved out. Additional inspections are completed when a work order is being performed to ensure the repair is being handled properly and was not caused by the tenant.

Each month, our owners receive a statement itemizing rent collected and any charges associated with the property for that month.
