Meet Our Team
Tony is the founder of Pacific Property Management & Sales and began managing properties in 2004. He has made relationships with top agents in San Diego that trust his expertise and service with their clients knowing that he will take care of their needs. Prior to starting his business, Tony spent his career as a master plumber and worked for General Motors for fifteen years. Today, he oversees maintenance to ensure our clients investments are being maintained at the highest level possible. He has created vendor relationships through the years to ensure we are getting the best people to work on our properties and approves work, reviews bids, and ensures the culture and vision he created is being displayed at the highest level. He believes in professional, honest service and values the relationships he has cultivated in his years in property management.
Client and Community Support Coordinator
Yvonne has an energy that will bring light and laughter to any room. She has a passion for giving back to the community and is an advocate for our company culture. She is responsible for planning, coordinating, and promoting our efforts in giving back to the community. She also checks in regularly with our tenants to make sure they are comfortable and happy in their home.
Steven started his career in property Management in 2007 working for one of the largest property management companies in the US, Shea Properties. He took his father’s vision of a family owned and operated business management company and implemented the best and most efficient software and processes to ensure we are providing the best service to our clients. He ensures compliance is up to date and that our trust accounts are being accounted for according to CA law so that owners can have piece of mind that their most valuable assets are being protected.

Mark and Steven have been best friends since they were in the fifth grade. Mark came to us with 16 years of experience working for one of the best food establishments in the US, In-and-Out. As a Manager of one of the top food establishments in the US he believes that customer service comes first and displays this to our clients with pride on a daily basis. His dedication to providing excellent service has played a pivotal role in our companies success and growth.
Finance and Operations Manager
Jenny has worked in property management for ten years and started her career at Camden Property Trust, managing multi-family communities ranging from 200 to 750 units from San Diego to Los Angeles. Camden is on Fortunes “Top Companies To Work For In The US”. She has a philosophy of creating a great environment to work in so that our team enjoys what they do and provide excellent service for our clients and tenants.
